Het in Valkenburg geopende autobedrijf van de vroegere coureur Maasland, nu importeur van Bertone sportwagens en dealer van Alfa Romeo voor Leiden en omstreken. De Haagse architect John A. Wesseling heeft het pand ontworpen.
